I have always considered myself to be in good shape, running 5 times a week, completing several marathons and regularly attending classes at the local gym, but as I had kids and got older I wasn't liking what I was seeing...Core/Conditioning was exactly what I needed!
We started working out with Ali and Mark over three years ago. We had planned a hiking trip through the Alps that summer and in six months had lost weight and were in good enough shape to keep up with hikers younger than ourselves. The work outs are tough but always different and never boring.
Most people drop out of workout programs due to lack of results and/or boredom. When working out with Mark or Ali you don't have time to be bored. The trasitions from one exercise to the next is quick and you don't have time to look at the clock. Each exercise is a personal challenge! It's FUN!
I have been working out with Ali as a CoreCamper for a couple of months. Aside from the inches that I have lost I have gained an amazing amount of physical strength. The individual coaching and encouragement about nutrition and performance has been great!
