I have always considered myself to be in good shape, running 5 times a week, completing several marathons and regularly attending classes at the local gym, but as I had kids and got older I wasn’t liking what I was seeing
Core/Conditioning was exactly what I needed! First, it is in the morning so I can get a work out in before work, school or a shower. The workouts are the most efficient and effective cardio and strength training workout around. Ali and Mark are constantly mixing it up so you never know what to expect or have a chance to get bored.
The nutrition plan has been extremely helpful too. I basically had slowed my metabolism down to a crawl but with Ali’s help, I have gotten it back in line and now have more energy all day long and feel great!
Since I started boot camp 18 months ago, I have lost 3 inches off my waist and 11% body fat and I could not have done it without Core/Conditioning!
