I have been working out with Ali as a CoreCamper for a couple of months. Aside from the inches that I have lost I have gained an amazing amount of physical strength. The individual coaching and encouragement about nutrition and performance has been great! I recently incorporated the TRX training into my weekly workouts. It took me a couple of classes to get into the TRX groove. Mark was great in coaching me through it and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Working out with Ali and Mark has increased my coordination,focus, and core strength. They teach you to challenge yourself which has certainly increased my confidence. I ALWAYS leave a workout with a huge sense of accomplishment!
